Guest Service Agent
We are looking for a colleague to work as a Guest Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. - To serve as the first line of inquiry for apartment and room reservations owned by our hosting company.
- To be our voice to our customers and reflect our values as a company.
- Responding to all customers in a highly professional manner and ensuring that all reservations are completed accurately and to the guest’s expectation.
- Providing fast and efficient service while maintaining our hosting company brand standards.
- To present the most suitable options and solutions to the guests according to the situation.
- To be in contact with the relevant units of the company in order to solve the problems of the customers as soon as possible.
