- As the initial point of contact, responsible for all reservation processes, including explaining hotel facilities and arrangements, managing payment methods, and conducting check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date and qualified knowledge about hotel facilities, room types, room rates, promotions, and other general product information.
- Answer guests' questions, calls, and emails, providing relevant information.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination for a flawless guest experience.
- Execute administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping with a systematic working method.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures at every stage of the reservation and accommodation processes.
