Sales Agent

Our company is looking for a colleague to be appointed as a Sales Agent. In this position, you will have the responsibility of communicating with potential customers and achieving sales goals.   • Customer Acquisition: Actively identify potential property owners in the company's new projects and establish initial contact with them.
  • Pricing Strategy: Implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize rental income for property owners while maintaining competitive prices.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability within the sales team.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify the needs and goals of properties and offer tailored solutions to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
  • Property Evaluation: Conduct property assessments to determine suitability for short, medium and long-term rentals. Align these assessments with medium and long-term plans.
  • Listing Creation: Work with the Xenovo team to create engaging property listings on Airbnb and Booking.com, including professional photos and engaging descriptions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate management agreements and terms and conditions with property owners, working in harmony with the Rental Manager on mutually beneficial arrangements.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis and pricing benchmarks to make data-driven decisions.
